How this desk is organised

Bali Stem Cell Clinic is a desk, not a line-up of profiles. What follows is the set of jobs the desk covers for clinical travel arrangements, and who is accountable for each of them.

• Enquiry intake. Records what the traveller is asking for, and says at the outset where a clinical question has to be answered by a clinician and not by us.
• Scheduling and logistics. Fits appointments to flights, recovery time and accommodation, with slack built in rather than assumed away.
• Documentation. Collects the paperwork the provider requires and confirms what will be issued afterwards.
• Cost transparency. Separates the provider’s quoted fee from our arrangement fee and states both before booking.
• Fact checking. Verifies provider details, accreditation claims and published prices with the provider before they appear here.

Why there are no names on this page

You will not find degrees, years of service or licence numbers on this page. Those are verifiable facts or they are decoration, and we are not willing to publish them as decoration. Ask, and you will be told who is working on your enquiry. That answer is specific to your case, which is the only context in which a name is worth anything.

What we publish, and how it is checked

Where this site states a rule, a fee or a schedule, it comes from the operator or the official source, and we say so on the page. Where a rule has not been confirmed against an official source, we say that too. If you find something on this site that is wrong or out of date, tell us and it will be corrected on the page rather than quietly deleted.
